1. European Union Orders

- **Standard Orders**: Delivery within 10 business days
- **Pre-Order Items**: Delivery within 35 business days

2. International Orders (Outside European Union)

- **Standard Orders**: Delivery within 20 business days
- **Pre-Order Items**: Delivery within 45 business days

1. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
2. Pre-order items have longer processing times due to production schedules.
3. International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.
4. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors outside our control, such as customs processing or local postal services.
5. We will provide tracking information once your order has been shipped.
